大家备孕的时候吃叶酸会影响月经吗？

LZ月经一向非常准，只差一两天，最近备孕吃了爱乐维的营养片，叶酸含量800mcg，吃了两个月，发现月经都推迟了好多。买的试纸测排卵日也不好测到....好郁闷，不知道要不要继续吃。

量多的话，会的。

停用、减少药量或换牌子，我记得blackmores怀孕前吃的好像只有400mcg，怀孕后吃的就只有200mcg了

会，之前备孕四年一直吃叶酸结果月经不准了也不怀，到后来，不来月经我都不测验孕试纸也没吃叶酸了，哪里知道就是没吃也没测的情况下就怀上了。。。

I tried for 2 months (Elviet), 1 delayed for 10 days, the other time delayed for 1.5 months.

Now I stopped, the period is much regular .
