我的理解是secondary applicant不包括spouse/partner
而且此项目只针对提交签证申请后收费的项目,如果你的配偶不加分是随从,他/她就属于secondary applicant
如果需要配偶加分他就属于partner/spouse 那还是按照主申的雅思3年有效期.但是即便加了分,最后交钱的时候还是按超出一年有效期要交语言费,在一年内不用交语言费.
所以,我觉得你这个帖,大家可能容易关注的是如果需要配偶加分那么配偶的雅思有效期是和主申一样是3年还是1年.
此外,和大家分享一个消息.滴答某著名中介告诉我雅思EOI有效期是指7/1后考取的雅思,7/1前的雅思有效期仍是2年.
还有个问题是所有州担保的雅思有效期都是2年,不是EOI里的3年.
以上信息,我还会发邮件去DIAC确认,已发了一部分,但是没有人回.

没错，这里说的是副申的functional级别英语的有效期，这个一直都是1年，七一前就是的。所谓functional的意思就是4.5了，原来坛子上讨论过的。
