曾在多个国际钢琴大赛获奖的台湾青年钢琴家杨堤安，昨晨突然在脸书（FACEBOOK）以「最后一次直播」为题演奏钢琴，弹完后即位于新北市土城区一16楼住所坠下，送医不治。在期间，有网民报警，也有多个网民在直播留言「赶快跳」、「笑你不敢」……等等。
台湾的媒体表示，年约30杨堤安，毕业于台艺大音乐系、台南艺术大学硕士班，主修钢琴。多次在国际殿堂演奏钢琴，更收获不少国际钢琴赛事大奖，例如北美声乐大赛钢琴协作银奖、国际古典暨传统音乐大赛最佳钢琴合作奖 ，还有2023年GASCA国际钢琴大赛的银赏，曾被称为音乐界的台湾之光。

杨堤安今日上午突在脸书上开直播，还取名「最后一次直播」，他在演奏时，曾突然喊出「回光返照」4个字。
直播涌入2000多人观看，大部分网友都安慰杨堤安想开一点，不要做傻事，但也有酸民不断挑衅杨堤安的负面情绪：「楼下不就卖粽子的？」、「笑你不敢」、「有种你就跳给我看」。直播了一段时间后，杨堤安突然中断影片。没多久就传出这位乐坛新秀从16楼坠下身亡的消息。
有网友表示，看到这直播时已立即报警，警察也上门了，「结果…还是来不及了！」。
不久，台湾的互联网流传疑似杨堤安的遗书。他称很爱弹琴，但却在一次大赛中右手受了伤，他已无法弹出自己想要的声音。而在他受伤后，许多厂商趁机白嫖他的表演；他也提到他家庭不幸，妈妈用他人头贷了千万新台币贷款、求学期间因为有语言障碍被霸凌......等等，让他累积诸多压力。「我看不见任何的希望和未来，不该埋怨别人，是怪自己不成材、怪自己手坏掉、怪自己不够努力。」
事实上，今年5月杨堤安就疑似有轻生念头。当时的他在脸书发文：「当一只潇洒，不回头的胖猫。不再更新。倘若再更新时，已是水落石出时。也会是我的经纪人替我发言。」
去年，杨堤安曾获一国际钢琴比赛，当时他向访问的媒体说「无音乐，吾宁死」。不料，他最后真选择了这条路。
