墨尔本建筑公司爆雷！账户只剩328澳元！债主200位，欠了600万

澳洲建筑行业又爆出一颗“大雷”！成立超过25年的墨尔本建筑公司Kenik近日被法院正式清盘，留下超过200位债主、共计660万澳元的欠款，账户里只剩可怜的328澳元！ </p><p>
Kenik总部位于Melbourne东南的Malvern，过去专注于高端住宅、商业和零售项目，曾号称提供“一站式开发管理+施工服务”。 </p><p>

Kenik原本与Taringa Property Group合作建设这个Coles主打的商场项目，结果工程严重延期，成本暴涨到近1000万澳元，对方却拒绝支付。 </p><p>
Kenik虽然赢得初步判决，可对方随后又上诉并提出了反告索赔1100万澳元，事情陷入拉锯。 </p><p>
Kenik试图拖延清盘，声称若赢下这场官司就能还清债务，但法院最终拒绝了延期申请，直接下令清盘。清盘由Hall Chadwick的Roberto Crispino与Richard Albarran负责。 </p><p>
清盘报告揭示了一长串欠款清单： </p><p>
VIC Sunshine项目拖欠超80万澳元 </p><p>
NSW Bringelly项目拖欠34万澳元，Yallah项目欠140万 </p><p>
QLD Chuwar项目欠89万，Taringa项目则高达220万 </p><p>

比如仅Austral Precast一家公司就被欠了65万！ </p><p>
令人震惊的是，这家运营多年的公司在宣布清盘时，银行账户中只有110澳元和218澳元两笔存款。 </p><p>
