全澳房贷逾期最严重地区揭晓!Blacktown、Campbelltown上黑榜

根据2025年第一季度的最新S&P市场概览,截至3月份,全澳拖欠超过一个月的房贷逾期水平为0.97%,而56个SA4地区超过了这一数字。 </p><p>
在各州和领地中,维州以1.17%的逾期率领先,其次是北领地1.01%和新州1.07%,首领地因基数较小且波动较大,逾期率为1.29%。 </p><p>
与此同时,塔州0.58%、南澳0.74%、昆州0.71%和西澳0.86%的逾期率则低于全国平均水平。得益于储备银行的降息措施,其中一项已对数据产生影响,带来了一丝曙光。 </p><p>
S&P Global表示:“随着降息措施的施行和通货膨胀的下降,逾期情况可能会保持在较低水平。” </p><p>
“全球不确定性的加剧及其对全球贸易和供应链的影响,将对企业和消费者信心产生下游影响,进而影响投资和消费决策。” </p><p>

在按揭逾期率排名前十的最糟糕邮区中,令人震惊的是,其中一半位于维州——其中最差的逾期率约为全国平均水平的三倍。 </p><p>
