那申请人有个12岁女儿(和前妻所生，不在申请签证之列)，就需要写在这里吧？
另外随后有一页‘Applicant’s Immediate Family Members’，需要填写申请人家庭成员，包括父母，也需要列出这个女儿吧？

那个孩子是前妻的监护权，但如果以后这个孩子想来，也可能帮她申请，所以就填在这页了，但她不在这次申请中。
结果。。悲剧了，submit信息后，给的confirm letter啥的，里面都有这个孩子的名字，感觉这个孩子也在此次申请人中。

谢谢回复，现在的情况是，在上传evidence的页面需要填三个person的信息：
person1: applicant
person2: sponsor
person3: application's daughter
而在person3的信息里，这样要求的：
Meeting the health requirement
This person is required to complete health examinations for this visa application. Click on the link below to organise these health examinations.
.Once this person's health examinations results have been assessed by the department this page will be updated to reflect this.
Note: If this person does not complete the required health examinations the visa application can be refused. If this page has not been updated and the person has completed their health electronically, it is advised they check that the clinic has submitted the results before contacting the department.
