Arranging your health examinations in Australia
Required health examinations for visa applicants in Australia are conducted by an approved
migration medical services provider. More information is available at www.immi.gov.au/
allforms/health-requirements/arranging-health-exam.htm
To book an appointment at a migration medical services provider clinic in Australia, you
must provide a health identifier (HAP ID).
You must also use the eMedical Client service to consent to using the eMedical system and
record your medical history information online where required before visiting the clinic. This
will need to be completed for each applicant listed in your visa application. You can also
download eMedical referral letter(s) from this website, which includes your HAP ID and a
copy of any medical history information that you have recorded.
Note: Medical history information is only requested where you are required to undertake a
medical examination (501) as part of your immigration health examinations. This information
must be provided before your immigration health examinations commence, as the clinic will
take this information into account when conducting your medical examination.
You can access eMedical client at www.emedical.immi.gov.au/eMedUI/eMedicalClient[/url] by
entering your personal details and your HAP ID.

Note: if you do not have access to the internet and are unable to obtain such access, please
contact your migration medical services provider clinic in Australia for other options
regarding:
● making an appointment;
● completing your medical history (where applicable) prior to your appointment; and
● any other special arrangements that can be made if necessary.
However, please use the online channels available where possible.
What do I need to bring to my health examination?
Please make sure that you bring the following to your medical appointment:
● this Health Examinations list or an eMedical referral letter if you follow the instructions
above and complete your medical history information online;
● a valid passport*;
● your prescription spectacles or contact lenses, if applicable;
● existing specialist and/or other relevant medical reports for known medical conditions;
and
● any previous chest x-rays
*or an agreed form of alternative documentation to confirm your identity as outlined at
[url]www.immi.gov.au/allforms/health-requirements/arranging-health-exam.htm. Please contact
the department for further advice if required.
Note: if you are attending a non-eMedical enabled clinic you should also download

According to the letter the health report will be sent to Guangzhou office, does it mean the application will be assessed and processed in Guangzhou office even though you lodged it online? 请问楼主，你交了哪些材料，表格我知道，那些证明材料(financial evidence of your relationship, household, social context of the relationship ect.,) 你交了哪些？父母年纪那么大了，有啥好证明的。
