应该不是，我们都是当天收到就wa了，但是之后过了都将近一个月才收到结果

我online submit的时候遇到了问题，就打电话给ACS然后email给他们的材料，当时就说把我的case交给case officer了，我觉得可能是因为这个才比较快的。塞翁失马啦。

没事，耐心等等，我看一般说现在速度是一个月。大家就快有希望了。

恭喜恭喜。我也在准备ACS评估，请问你都提交了什么材料呀，从ACS官网的介绍看，似乎只需要提供以下的材料，是不是这样呀，请问除了这些材料，你还提供其他材料了吗？盼回复，非常感谢！
1。出生公正或护照复印件（certified copy)
2。毕业正书公证
3。学位证书公正
4。成绩单(certified copy)
5。工作经历证明(certified copy)

我提供的东西有点多，内容如下：
学历学位成绩单一般说法是给学校密封件就行，但我看到有些assessor还是需要公证件，我索性就直接给了学历学位公证件+学历学位成绩单密封件。
我是申请RPL，所以还有RPL的project report。你如果学历和工作一致不需要的。
我还附上了几个SAP课程的证书，我是做SAP的。这个也不是必须的。

2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A confirmation email;

怎么电话联系ACS呢,我只是发邮件给[email protected]和Vikie.Latu.
我也很急,到现在在线提交且扣款成功了,却收不到confirmation email,纸质文档不能邮寄.
请问有ACS的电话号码么?还有该电话号码是否有时段的,比如只能澳洲时间早上(能否提供对应的中国时间段).周一至周五,我打电话时需要提供哪些信息给他们的么?
