1. 租金低，因为此单元房有一个Study，而且Study有放3张床的面积，Study内还有一个约9立方米的储物柜。就因为周边基本上没有2房+STUDY的户型，当时就为了这STUDY，购房时比其它的2房多花了将近10万澳币；租金低，比目前市场上拎包入住带全套家具的两房租金便宜$200/周；相当于当地不带家具电器的3房租金；
