                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/14052441093021.jpg" title="DSC_5761_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>每次去超市看见水果沙拉面包,女儿都说要买。自从会做面包以来,都没在外面买过,加了水果的面包的更不敢买,里面的水果大多都不新鲜,也有坏的烂的也不知
道。面包夹了水果沙拉吃起来不会太干,营养方面也很充足,我都是头天晚上烤好面包,第二天早上起来再拌沙拉,这样水果会很新鲜,最好是吃多少做多少,做太
多吃不完,水果会氧化,也会滋生细菌,不太卫生。</p><p>
<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/14052441603203.jpg" title="DSC_5766_副本.jpg"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>主料:</p><p>黄油35克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>盐2克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>清水170克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>鸡蛋1个&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>酵母4克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>奶粉11克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>细砂糖30克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>高筋面粉370克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>辅料:</p><p>沙拉酱适量&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>圣女果6个&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>弥猴桃1个&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>雪梨1个&nbsp; </p><p>1、将所有材料(黄油除外)放进面包桶内。</p><p>2、(鸡蛋留下10克用作最后刷面)然后启动和面程序,揉至扩展阶段,加入软化的黄油,再揉一个程序出手套膜。</p><p>3、然后盖上保鲜膜,发酵至比原来两倍大。</p><p>4、取出面团压扁排气。</p><p>5、再分成10个份滚圆。</p><p>6、取一份面团擀成椭圆形。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/14052442612588.jpg" title="S8009887_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p>7、然后由上至下卷起。</p><p>8、卷好后,收口向下,烤盘铺上油纸,再把卷好面包坯放上。</p><p>9、然后放温暖处发酵至比原来两倍大,再刷上鸡蛋液。</p><p>10、烤箱预热160度,放中层烤20分钟,表面上色即可。</p><p>11、准备雪梨、弥猴桃、圣女果、沙拉酱。</p><p>12、将水果洗净去皮切丁。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/14052443193403.jpg" title="S8002381_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p>13、加入沙拉酱。</p><p>14、然后把它拌匀。</p><p>15、取一个面包,在中间切上一刀。</p><p>16、底部不要切断。</p><p>17、然后放上拌好的水果沙拉。</p><p>18、最后在面包表面挤上沙拉酱即可。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/14052443844530.jpg" title="DSC02791_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/14052444704389.jpg" title="DSC_5767_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/14052444092522.jpg" title="DSC_5763_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>小贴士:</p><p>&nbsp; 烤箱的温度要根据自己家的调节,我原来的烤箱是用180度烤的,现在这个只能用160度,鸡蛋液留10克作最后刷面用。
