About The Role
The role of the SEM Specialist is to manage all SEM activities to increase rankings on all major search networks (Google, Baidu, etc), and also to assist in planning and managing online advertising campaigns, updating websites with new technologies that drive search results such as blogs and RSS feeds, and make business cases for further SEM expenditure.
Duties and Responsibility:
● Responsible for growing audiences across all channels
● Run third party advertising campaigns for advertisers
● Work closely with all teams to ensure all touch points are provided to clients
● Provide data-informed insights for all clients and stakeholders
● Effectively analyse data in order to identify trends or patterns
● Use third party data to assist sales team to sell to key audiences
● Bring a strategic approach to data analytics and the wider business and be able
to use data to tell a story to a non-technical audience
● Assisting in organising campaigns and developing marketing strategies
About You
● Have 2-3 years working experience in Digital Marketing or related field
● Demonstrated knowledge and experiences in Google SEM
● Native Chinese speaker and proficient in English
● Can-do attitude & great attention to detail
● Great knowledge of major Chinese social media channels
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
● Bachelor Degree (or above) in relevant field
