金融服务实习计划：
实习涉及，商业分析，实体研究，财务分析，市场分析，股权分析以及CFC和外汇市场

招聘岗位：
1. Business Analyst 业务分析师 - 职责介绍如下：
a) Facilitate workshops, interviews and focus groups to elicit requirements from project stakeholders.
b) Responsible for understanding business needs, collecting data, delivering analysis, and identifying, evaluating, and recommending solution options and preparation of quality evidence-based written reports and other documents.
c) Conduct walkthroughs to validate and obtain approval of business analysis outputs and work packages.
d) Take ownership of business analysis initiatives and ensure work packages are delivered on time, to expected quality standards and as per scope, as agreed with the Project Manager.
e) Undertake requirements specification, including re-specification of requirements into clear, accurate and atomic statements.
f) Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsible for working with the Data Migration team as required.
g) Work with solution architects, technical leads, developers, and vendors to develop customer centric solutions.

2. Entity Researcher 实体研究员 - 具体职责如下：
a) Run screens, conduct due diligence, and build the investment universe across traditional and alternative asset classes.
b) Contribute to regular and ad hoc adviser and client communications on key investment issues and portfolio/research updates.
c) Write articles daily on market and company news.
d) Assist in the management of the existing portfolio, working with management teams to optimise returns from our assets.
e) Maintain financial models that support overall portfolios, new acquisition targets and existing assets.

共3个月/13周，每周共16 – 24小时，每周2-3天

第二轮实习

要求：

要成为成功的候选人，你将需要：
a）必须具有较高的英语水平（会讲普通话的候选人优先）。Must have a high standard of English (Mandarin also preferred due to international finance issues across the Asia-Pacific region).
b）每周至少有2-3天时间可以上班。2-3 days per week of availability minimum
c）有上进心，并愿意学习和运用新技能。Be self-motivated and have a willingness to learn and apply new skills.
d）喜欢在快速变化的团队环境中工作。Enjoy working in a fast-moving team environment
e）采取积极主动的工作方法。Have a proactive approach to work
f）相关的大学的学历（接受所有学历，但是对金融服务有浓厚的兴趣是必不可少的）University level qualifications (all qualifications are accepted, but a strong interest in financial services is essential)
