Recruitment - Graphics/marketing

Join our small team responsible for creating and managing the dialogue between our stable of brands with both retail channels and end users. This shared role involves graphic, video and visual design across all aspects of digital and print media as well as a shared responsibility in coordinating and executing the marketing activities across the business. We require a young, energetic and passionate individual who has a genuine enthusiasm for all things design and marketing.

Shared tasks include:

Graphic design of promotional material using all types of digital media (including print, video and animation)Design, coordinate and assist events such as expos and trade shows (both national and international)Maintain and monitor website and relevant contentWork closely with the Sales team to plan, develop, manage & monitor all marketing campaigns and promotionsSupport the total business from a marketing perspectiveCreate and send regular electronic marketing EDM's and newsletters

We are seeking an individual with real creative flair who is looking to make a positive impact in a progressive and innovative company. This role couples real creative ability with a willingness & ability to see projects and marketing campaigns through from beginning to end.

Skills & Attributes:

Positive and enthusiastic can-do attitudeCompetent and experienced with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and video and animation content creation.Excellent time management and planning skills to meet deadlinesCopywriting abilityFlexible and able to multi-task several projects at onceAble to work independently while cooperating with other team members

Working in non-hierarchical management environment, the ideal person will be someone who enjoys creating exciting content and participating in the total marketing activity for the business. Skills and hobbies in photography and videography/multimedia would be advantageous.
