可以同时申请多个签证。但申请其他签证，需要重新支付申请费以及填写相应的申请表格。

新政下没有diploma的要求。但每个职业依然根据anzsco的要求需要有qualification requirment. certificate IV is sufficient for real estate agent occupation.
