钟氏集团旗下三大按摩品牌：Zhong’s Massage（钟氏），Sen’s Body & Mind（申氏） 和 Longevity Oriental Relaxation Centre（长寿）为墨尔本历史最久，规模最大的正规按摩连锁店。凭借优秀的管理体系和配套设施，公司的按摩品牌一直处于行业领先地位，具有极高的知名度和顾客满意度；公司内部独特的职工培养计划，已为业界培养了一批又一批高素质的管理者和按摩师。
目前，钟氏集团公司品牌发展成熟，分店遍布墨尔本各大商场，已达三十多家，具有工作环境优雅，客源充足稳定等优点。为了按摩品牌的进一步高效发展，各连锁店在全墨尔本地区进行统一招聘。招聘职位：分店经理，各类按摩技师（Relaxation，Deep Tissue和Remedial），及按摩学徒。
行业基本要求：
· 心态平稳，富有同情心 · 愿意宽慰，鼓励和照顾每位客人 · 一定的持久力（因为分店业务繁忙） · 着装整齐利落，重视个人卫生 · 基本的协调能力和记账能力 · 良好的动手能力（按摩是项技巧型职业）
分店经理要求：
· 品德优良，责任心强；踏实勤恳，事实求是 · 具备良好的团队领导组织能力，兼备一定的销售技巧 · 积极的心态和饱满的情绪，与客人沟通保证细心和耐心 · 愿意提升自我，与整个公司团队协调并进
钟氏集团公司同样重视对无按摩经验员工的培养，会在工作中不断进行技术培训和专业指导，让每个学徒都成长为合格的按摩师。并且，优秀的员工都将有机会成为店长，进入管理团队，公司在最大程度上为员工打开上升通道，实现个人事业的可持续性发展。
工作时间安排：
全职和兼职均可
每天工作时间与分店所在商场的营业时间相同，一般情况下：
周一至周三，周六 9:00am - 5:30pm
周四，周五 9:00am - 9:00pm
周日和公共假日 10:00am - 5:00pm
每周工作天数会根据个人情况，由店长进行安排班表
对于分店经理，要求每周至少能够工作五天
薪资及待遇：
普通按摩师薪资以提成45%-50%为主，根据个人预约和销售能力，每日收入 $100 到 $250，外加全额个人小费；
能够提供 Remedial 或 Acupuncture 服务项目的高级按摩师，会有更高比例的提成；
分店经理除50%提成外，根据经理级别，每周另有额外 $210 到 $500 的经理补助；
公司另设有业绩嘉奖，对优秀的员工和经理给予高度肯定；
