We are looking for student and a highly motivated individual who is experienced in eBay, Amazon Seller Central, and other marketplace portals to participate as an e-Commerce coordinator.
Available Shift:
?Work from Home with flexible Schedule per your own discretion, on average about an hour a day.
Responsibilities and Duties:
?Listing and promoting merchandise on the major platforms, interact with customers who escalate questions via email. (Must have high-speed internet, eBay, Amazon, other major e-Commerce platform & PayPal Account)
?Conduct aftersales email including product returns, shipment tracking, and follow up on customer satisfaction and feedback.
Skills and Abilities:
?Familiar with customer service and product support with basic communication skill.
?Reliable, enthusiastic and upbeat individual.
Salary:
?Negotiable, based on experience.
