We are a fast-growing company in Adhesive and Tilingindustry. We provide a broad range of adhesives, Screed & Renders,Additives & Primers, Waterproofing, Sealers and more. We are pride to be anactive progressive company that can compete on performance, price & serviceagainst other manufacturers and imported products.

Our company based in the Western Suburb of Melbourne. We arelooking for an Adhesive Chemist who is willing to work hard and takeresponsibility for their work. This role requires someone who has the abilityand drive to work successfully within a team environment. The role involvescaring out Technical work to support production team and undergo developmentwork for existing and new products.

Primary Responsibilities:

ü Promote an injury-free work environment

ü Assist production and sales team with technicalsupports;

ü Conceive, design and test new adhesive products;

ü Leverage new technologies and new products tonew customers, industry segments and markets.

ü Research and development on enhancingperformance of existing products, reduce total manufacturing costs, and improveproductivity in support of our business objectives.

ü Effectively communicate project status,technical assessment, and recommendations to related parties.

Required Skills and experiences:

ü A Degree or Diploma, preferably in Chemistry orChemical / Materials Engineering.

ü Preferably having experiences in constructionproducts or adhesive and tiling industry.

ü Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

ü Strong interpersonal skills

ü Ability to work in a team environment.

ü Ability to report results, positive or negative,and seek advice to move forward or use own judgement to resolve issues.
