Intern Editor 实习编辑                              

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

·  Has strong sense and sensibility of real estate industry, investment industry and financial industry.

·  Write, create, manage and help design compelling, irresistible content (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Wechat, Website and all other social media accoutns).

·  Experience in image and video editing, and professional in photo taking.

·  Generating ideas and contributing to the execution of weekly and monthly programming.

·  Excellent translation between Chinese and English.

To be successful in this role you will need:

·  Hold relevant tertiary qualifications with relevant experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through education, training or experience.

·  Have proven experience preparing a range of high-level and confidential communications such as briefings, proposals and written presentations.

·  Strong administrative skills (Microsoft Office and MacOS).

·  Strong design skills (Adobe AI, Photoshop and one of video editor).

Market Coordinator 市场协调

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

·  Coordinate and execute the social media activities of the business and any digital media presence or platform.  Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.).

·  Identify positive PR opportunities for the business and execute the communication coordination to maximize the benefits to the brands and the business.  

·  Support Sales management team in the organizing of promotional events, seminar and traditional or digital campaigns and be hands-on to facilitate their success.

·  Provide Sales Support to the Sales Management team – in assisting to range plans, contract, flyers, targeted campaigns etc. This may include attending presentations and briefings.

·  Assistant Sales Manager, Leasing Consultant & Other support.

·  Liaise with landlords and tenants.

·  Adhering to repair and maintenance issues.
