As RATIONALE continues to deliver LuminousSkin for Life to even more Clients, we are looking for skilled and passionateMandarin speaking Skin Therapists to join our Teams across our exclusive NSW andVIC Flagship Clinics (Sydney CBD, Woollahra, Mosman, Balmain, Toorak, Emporium,Armadale, Canterbury and Doncaster)

As a RATIONALE Skin Therapist, you arepractised in delivering the nest customer service experience and achievingexemplary sales results. You are comfortable performing back-to-back Treatmentson our busiest days, whilst providing bespoke and exceptional Skin Consultations.Whether it’s performing our signature CDP (Consult, Diagnose, Prescribe) or ourfirst-class Treatments, you can do it all with confidence and making ourClients feel amazing along the way. Through consistent training, you will havea complete understanding of RATIONALE’s formulations and proven efficacy and beable to support ongoing Clinic performance with Client re-engagement. To ensureour luxurious Clinics are kept looking as good as we make our Clients' feel, youwill positively contribute to the daily operations of the Clinic as required.

You are a positive and energeticself-starter with an unwavering passion for skincare. With a degree in Beauty Therapy(or similar) and in-Clinic/retail experience, you demonstrate a commitment tocreating long-term treatment plans and delivering optimal skin results for yourClients.

Your energetic nature thrives in a teamenvironment, contributing to our motivated and supportive team dynamics. Youare able to provide empathetic, memorable and authentic Client interactionsthat ensure our Clients leave our RATIONALE Clinics looking and feeling theirabsolute best—every time. As a true professional in your field, you have stronginterpersonal skills, excellent time management and organisation skills, andenjoy an agile and innovative working environment.
